Agreement to Terms

By using the services of LHG Lehigh Acres Artificial Grass, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers who request quotes, schedule consultations, or hire us for artificial grass installation and related services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Lehigh Acres, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, turf installation, drainage systems, and related landscaping work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary after an on-site inspection. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will work with you to schedule installation at a convenient time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or natural disasters. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are passed through to you.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the installation area. This includes moving outdoor furniture, decorations, and ensuring pets are secured. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked. You must notify us of any underground lines, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles before we begin work.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance and are licensed to perform artificial grass installation services in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
